液壓系統常見保壓回路
液壓系統油路中保壓回路可使執行元件在某個工作階段內的壓力保持恒定不變。今天主要給大家介紹下常見的幾個保壓回路。
(1)用限壓式變量泵保壓的回路
圖7-55中液壓缸直接由限壓式變量泵補油,可以長期保持壓力穩定。變量泵輸油量能隨需要自動調整,回路效率較高。

(2)用蓄能器的保壓回路
圖7-56中蓄能器中的高壓油與液壓油缸高壓腔相通,補償系統的泄漏。蓄能器出口有單向節流閥,其作用是防止換向閥切換時,蓄能器突然泄壓而造成沖擊。本回路適用于保壓時間長、壓力穩定性要求高的場合。
(3)用液控單向閥的保壓回路
圖7-57中,在缸的進油路上串聯一個液控單向閥,利用錐形閥座的密封性能實現保壓。若采用電接觸式壓力表,可控制壓力波動范圍和補壓動作。
當壓力上升至上觸點調定壓力時。上觸點接通,IDT斷電,泵卸載,系統由液控單向閥保壓。當壓力下降至下觸點調定壓力時、1DT通電,泵又供油,使壓力回升。該回路適于保壓時間不太長、保壓穩定性要求不太高(壓力變化為1~2MPa),但要求功率損失較小的場合。

(4) 一缸動作一缸保壓的回路
圖7-58中液壓缸2由在運動中的液壓缸的回油腔持續補油保壓,壓力大小由背壓閥3調定。該回路保壓質量高,但功率損失大,只適用于一缸動作一缸保壓的場合。
